03 Why We Collect It (Purpose of Processing)
We process your personal information only for the following specific, lawful purposes:

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than those listed above without obtaining your separate consent first.
04 How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
- Contact form enquiries: Retained for up to 12 months from the date of your enquiry, or until the matter is fully resolved — whichever is sooner.
- Active client records: Retained for the duration of the client relationship and for up to 5 years thereafter, in line with general South African record-keeping expectations. (Note: specific legal retention periods vary — we recommend verifying this against current SARS and Companies Act guidance.)
- Analytics data: Governed by Google Analytics retention settings — typically 14 months by default. This can be adjusted in our Google Analytics account.
Once information is no longer needed and retention periods have passed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
