• Active client records: Retained for the duration of the client relationship and for up to 5 years thereafter, in line with general South African record-keeping expectations. (Note: specific legal retention periods vary — we recommend verifying this against current SARS and Companies Act guidance.)
• Analytics data: Governed by Google Analytics retention settings — typically 14 months by default. This can be adjusted in our Google Analytics account.

Once information is no longer needed and retention periods have passed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
